By placing an order with littlejoy, you agree to these Terms and the Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Products and product information
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Product photographs are representative; colours, print placement, artwork, packaging, and minor finishes can vary slightly from the images shown. Please review product details, capacity, dimensions, and care information before ordering.
2. Prices and availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and stock availability may change without notice. If a listed product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item if no suitable replacement is agreed.
3. Orders and cancellation
An order is confirmed after payment is successfully received and accepted by littlejoy. You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order is handled under our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. Delivery and inspection
Please inspect the package and product at delivery. If an item is visibly damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify the delivery partner immediately and, where possible, do not accept the parcel. Contact littlejoy promptly with your order details and supporting photos or video.
5. Care and safe use
Use products only as intended. Drinkware should be cleaned before first use and cared for according to its listing. Unless a listing states otherwise, do not microwave, boil, or use harsh chemicals on bottles, flasks, or tumblers. Young children should use stationery products with appropriate adult supervision.
6. Our content
The littlejoy name, website content, photographs, and product descriptions may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our written permission.
7. Legal rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
